Manoj Jangra is a social entrepreneur guided by the belief that the strength of India lies in its villages. Born in Narnaul, Haryana, and raised in Delhi, he has remained closely connected to grassroots realities and rural values. He draws inspiration from his late father, Shri Radheyshyam, a respected hydraulics-sector industrialist known for innovation and technical excellence — from whom he inherited discipline, resilience and a commitment to quality. After completing his studies in 2006, he entered business in 2007, establishing himself in stock trading before expanding into diversified ventures, including renewable energy. Alongside his business growth, he remained active in initiatives on livelihood enhancement, women's empowerment, youth skill development and environmental sustainability — recognised with the "Samaj Gaurav" Award in 2017. In 2022, he founded LION (Lawful Integrity Organisation Network), connecting entrepreneurship with social upliftment and national development. In 2026, together with Ms. Isha Sharma, he founded ISHA Federation, focused on building a credible, scalable institution connecting education, skills, employment, entrepreneurship, rural development and community advancement.
Isha Sharma is a business leader with over a decade of progressive experience across business development, education, administration and organisational strategy, including service as Chief Executive Officer in the education industry. Having personally worked as a teacher and educator, she brings a first-hand understanding of how education builds confidence and shapes futures. She has led organisational expansion, built high-performing teams, and developed collaborations with government bodies, educational institutions, universities and industry partners. As Co-Founder & Managing Director of ISHA Federation, she is committed to building a strong, scalable institution focused on education, skill development, employability, entrepreneurship and human advancement.
